Reiki

Reiki is one of the most enjoyable and relaxing things I have ever done. A hands on healing therapy performed on a comfy therapy bed with blankets and cushions, all performed to your requirements. Re-connect your Mind, Body and Spirit and feel the love you have for wholeness and natural wellbeing.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness Coaching allows you to learn techniques for self healing, personal development and improving all aspects of your life. I provide private and confidential one to one coaching. Reduce Anxiety and Stress, Increase Happiness and learn to love being you.

Sound Healing/Bathing

I offer a range of sound healing and sound bathing therapies, you will relax and listen to the beautiful healing sounds of Singing bowls, chimes, flutes, tuning forks, rain/thunder makers, gongs and other instruments.

Holistic Healing

Holistic Healing is about taking time to look at your life, where you want to be and what you want to achieve, change or improve. We will discuss how you can achieve everything you want from your life, for Mind, Body and Spirit. We will use any and every holistic therapy needed to help you achieve your goals.

Reiki Massage

Gentle Massage for Relaxation and healing. Include a 30 minute part body (back, arms, legs or feet etc) massage to your session or :-

60 minute full body massage £40 90 minute full body massage £50

for those days when you need to indulge yourself.

Meditation

Meditation is the art of stilling the body, quietening the mind and being in the present moment. Meditation allows you to master your overactive mind and take back control of your life. Visit to learn or practice in my studio or meditation garden.

Hug Therapy

This session is all about love healing using a combination of Mindfulness, Reiki and Hugging. This is a wonderful session for anyone, but particularly if you are struggling with a bereavement, emotional issues or loneliness.

Relationship Coaching

Whether you want to improve an existing relationship or get help finding your soul mate, relationship coaching will help you. It's amazing how easily you can improve your key relationships with just a small amount of effort.

About Me

After suffering for years with severe stress and anxiety related problems, I became determined to find something to help, that was when I discovered Reiki and Mindfulness. They worked so well for me that I decided to learn them to help others. I now have 10 holistic healing diplomas and constantly learn new techniques to improve peoples lives.

LGBTQ Safe Space

All my holistic healing sessions are Private and Confidential but I feel its also important to acknowledge that everyone is unique and should be able to feel comfortable with being themselves during my sessions and in the world around us. Contact me for more details.
