Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing by reducing stress and stimulating your immune system.

It is a touch therapy based on the theory of Zone Therapy, Reflex points on the hands correspond with different areas of the body and when worked on, stimulate natural healing.

Reflexology can be given via you hands or feet and both include a basic massage of the area.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy uses natural plant extracts (essential oils) to promote health and well-being of the body, mind, and spirit. Used in combination with Reiki this provides a wonderful healing experience.

Create an aromatherapy room spray to use during a session and take home.

Oracle Cards

Oracle cards are a great way to look closer at your life, how you make your decisions and of considering your life goals. It's always enjoyable and often very enlightening. For me, Oracle card readings are a great way to create a deeper connection with yourself, your intuition and your spirit.

Life Coaching

Maximise your full potential and achieve your desired goals. Life coaching will help you to identify your goals and provide encouragement throughout your journey to become a better version of yourself.
